How do the challenges vs. group coaching sessions differ?
Our challenges provide a powerful starting point to create lasting change in your health and wellness. Challenges are shorter in duration and are a quick sampling and exposure to all of the facets of the COMPASS program. Group coaching dives deeper into each facet and provides a slightly more personalized approach due to the smaller class size.
What is the COMPASS nutritional philosophy?
We seek to optimize nutrition for each individual client based on their own needs and goals. We utilize a spectrum of dietary protocols that include Low Carb, Keto, Paleo, and Carnivore approaches. We encourage our clients to explore their options and find the diet that works best for their body and their health and wellness goals.
